Here is where they were at at 11:00 AM.  Also, Pedro and I checked the showers.  The hole is not far off center, and since he boxed out the pipe, it can be place as originally planned without an additional wall.

DECEMBER 23

Pedro and the boys finished the bearing partitions and are about 3/4 of the way through the top plate.  Tomorrow they hope to finish the top plate and put up the beam.  Here are some pictures.
